The Equestry offers lessons for all riders--from the serious upper level rider to someone's first time in the saddle.

Head instructor Kate Selby is Level III certified in both Dressage and Hunt Seat. Voted Instructor of the Year in 2002, Selby runs the program to her exacting standards.

Instructors work with each student to set goals and achieve success. Our program creates a solid foundation for both horse and rider through classical technique, using reproducible methods that help every student advance.

Each student also learns about horsemanship, including the basics of proper horse management. Knowing how to care for your equine partner is a large part of what the sport is about. Good horse handling is important for confidence building, and enhances the level of fulfillment and enjoyment of riding.
